Mel Lemon is a detailed and conscientious business manager with decades of experience supporting local Shenandoah Valley construction businesses. Since 2016, Mel has operated as our CFO, managing the businesses’ cash flow, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. He also oversees all Human Resource functions for the company. Before joining the team at Allen Yoho Electrical, Mel served as a Branch Manager at a local hardware store for twenty years and as the Lead Draftsman and Estimator at a construction supply business for eleven years.

- B.S. in Leadership and Organizational Management from Eastern Mennonite University
- AAS Degree in Industrial Drafting & Design from Wytheville Community College
